. Organises all the thermography, vibration and lube oil measurements and analyses,

. Participates to the scheduling of the corresponding preventive maintenance operations,

. Anticipates, plans and requests the logistical means necessary for such preventive
maintenance operations, taking the various constraints into account when planning and
carrying out operations,
. Ensures that HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to
work permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice
during preparation of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,

. Prepares interventions using the CMMS,

. Organises the training of offshore personnel as required

. Takes part in daily, weekly and co-ordination meetings on site, when needed

. Identifies, in the preparatory stage of maintenance works, any delicate operations and
ensures that proper studies of the risks involved are carried out beforehand,

. Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes and proposes
improvements,

. Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare
parts,

. Keeps track of any backlog of work in his area of responsibility and suggests corrective
measures to the CSR if this backlog threatens to become unmanageable,

. Verifies the quality of the measurements and reports he is in charge of

. Verifies the quality of the reports in CMMS and DMS

. He is responsible for the preparation and planning of the preventive maintenance he is in
charge of,

. He ensures that maintenance operations are prepared in strict accordance with COMPANY's
current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry
practice

. He trains offshore personnel as required
 
PROFIL RECHERCHE
 
Expérience : 2 à 4 ans
Niveau d'études : -
 
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:

. Chartered Engineer (A Levels + 5 years study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate
(HND/HNC (A Levels + 3 years study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent

. 3 to 5 years experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,

. Specific professional knowledge:

- Chemical process (separation?)
- Mechanical (pumps, compressors?), Instrumentation, Electricity, Systems, Hydraulic
- P&ID

. Languages : English necessary, French an advantage

. Rotation status (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off)
