ACTIVITIES
OPERATIONS :
- Prepares on site the maintenance and inspection operations
- Plans maintenance and inspection operations (routine and short term) taking into account the spare parts and resources
- Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
- Anticipates, plans and requests the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance and inspection operations, taking the various constraints into account when planning and carrying out operations
- Ensures that Company's HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to work permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during preparation of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility.
- Prepares interventions using the CMMS
- Organises the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of maintenance operations
- Takes part in daily, weekly and co-ordination meetings on site
- Manages the planer junior directly under his responsibility
METHODS :
- Identifies in the preparatory stage of maintenance and inspection works, any delicate operations and ensures that proper studies of the risks involved are carried out beforehand.
- Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes and, if need be, suggests improvements.
- Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts.
QUALITY ASSURANCE :
- Verifies the quality of his planning by frequent checks of supervisor reports in CMMS.
- Ensures that the planer junior of his teams have the qualifications and skills required for the tasks entrusted to them and, if need be, suggests corrective measures.

PURPOSE :
- He is responsible for preparation and planning of maintenance and inspection.
- He ensures that maintenance and inspection operations are prepared in strict accordance with Company's current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice.
- He trains the planner junior to nationalise his position

Expérience : 6 à 8 ans
|
Niveau d'études : Bac +2
|

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
- Chartered engineer (A-levels + 5 years' study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years' study)) or BTS/DUT or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations
- Offshore experience required (ideally on a FPSO)
- Good practice of Primavera
- Knowledge of UNISUP (SAP)(Ideally)or MAXIMO Ideally)
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations, and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
- Specific professional knowledge
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams
- Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others
- Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site
- Languages : English necessary, French an advantage
Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organisational ability.
