For a project which mainly consist of the following additional surfaces facilities:
Production platform, Gas treatment for export, Gas lift and Fuel gas, Water treatment in injection, Topside, Living Quarter platform, 33 additional wells, Infield Sealines and new gas export Sealine, modification on existing facilities.
MAIN TASKS
Supervising the execution of the Detail Engineering for all matters concerning the EPCC4 package and coordinate the activities of the other disciplines.
SCOPE OF WORK
-Set a plan with the Engineering Contractor to have all deliverables issued on time and chek detail engineering progress on a regular basis.
-Organize and control regular checking of the quality of the deliverables (drawings, procedures compliance with COMPANY specifications).
-Assist EPCC4 Manager in organizing, controlling and checking the inter-discipline coordination and the co-ordination with other sections of the project.
-Make sure that EPC Contractor is performing an internal co-ordination during detail engineering and construction. This also includes co-ordination with safety, QA, Operation and Commissioning Project team.
-Implement quality assurance procedures during engineering activities and provide quality and progress report to Project team.
-Report to EPCC4 Mgr on progress of his activity and on changes to basis for design.
-Review and analyze planning updates including critical path for discipline related activities; review and approve progress for discipline related activities, and coordiante with Project planning engineer.
-Follow-up procurement, expediting, FAT, for discipline related activities.
-Comment on contractor documents in due time.
-Ensure good coordination of specialists working under him.
-Ensure accurate reporting of his activities.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Expérience : > 10 ans
Niveau d'études : Bac +4
QUALIFICATION
Charted Engineer.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Significant relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
LANGUAGES
Fluent English (French a plus)
LOCATION
Paris (Resident)
Several visits in Nigeria for the collection of information and meetings as well as missions to the Detail Engineering Contractor offices at the COMPANY's request.
