? Ensure that the process design is in line with Company standards.
? Prepare Process & Instrumentation diagrams
? Understand & update the design philosophies and design documents for the ongoing FPSO project (process design criteria, line sizing calculation, flare & blow down, Equipment sizing criteria, Vent & Drain, corrosion monitoring & material selection, process Control & Shutdown, Isolation etc)
? Process equipment sizing and rating (sizing separators, heat exchangers, pump specification, gas compression system process specification etc)
? Prepare process data sheets for Instruments (control valves, relieve valves, field transmitters etc)
? Incorporate input from the other engineering disciplines and Operations into the process design and assist with review of the other disciplines deliverables.
