For a New Field Development Deep-sea Project with 42 subsea wells, 8 production manifolds, water injection and gas injection line.
MAIN TASKS
Coordinate and manage activities of the SPS package engineering team related to the qualification and testing of subsea Systems and scheduling.
Follow-up of tests for efficient and timely delivery of the Systems.
Responsible for the management of the SIT program.
SCOPE OF WORK
Actively participate in design review panels and keep package manager updated of all technical activities throughout the project with respect to new required qualification / testing requirements.
Monitor progress and oversee the assessment of qualification status, the definition of qualification programs and the production of qualification and test procedures and be also involved in factory acceptance and other testing activities particularly as they relate to the qualification program.
Oversee the onshore activities associated with layout, fit-up and testing of all subsea components prior to moving the equipment offshore for subsea System installation on the seafloor.
Interface with the UFR package to ensure an integrated approach to testing, installation and hook up commissioning.
Ensure the as-designed equipment is readily field constructible and facilitate early system commissioning.
Daily liaison with the contractor's project engineers during all project phases to ensure that the installed equipment meets all qualification and testing requirements.
HSEQ responsibilities:
Support and enforce the HSEQ Project objectives and directives.
Support and implement the Project HSEQ management System (plans, procedures and specifications)
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Expérience : 8 à 10 ans
Niveau d'études : Bac +4
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of Science in a suitable Engineering discipline or equivalent.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
5-10 years experience in all aspects of subsea engineering and fabrication.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.
LANGUAGES
English (French a plus)
LOCATION
The work will probably be distributed in various places (5 to 10 different sites expected) from Europe, USA and Nigeria wich will lead to a complex time and test schedule management.
