We have one position to fill as instrumentation supervisor for one of our projects.
This opportunity is located in Yemen and is a long term rewarding job for candidates that are skilled and motivated to prove their value.
We are mainly working on Oil & Gas project, thus as working in a harsh environment, the candidate is acting permanently as per HSE requirement and understand the electrical risks and other hazards related to Oil & Gas activities.
The candidate will have be in charge of instrumentation rooms
The candidates will be responsible to:
- supervise, coordinate and verify loop checking performed by subcontractor,
- Interface with other subcontractors,
- Maintain a comprehensive log of activities and report to instrumentation superintendent,
- Ensure technical integrity,
- Ensure work proceed in conformity with schedule and report any deviations,
- Maintain and up date the instrument overrides records.
The candidate will have to be well organized, talented and autonomous in his job. He will be able to make the right decision at his level, and will be able to supervise efficiently the subcontractor.
Skills:
Compulsory skills to apply to this opportunity:
1)At least 5 years of field experience in commissioning of instrumentation/ control system,
2)At least 8 years of field experience in the Oil&Gas,
3) Good oral and written communication skills in English,
4) International mobility (this including offshore job),
5) Perfect understanding of refinery instrumentation system.
Preferred skills:
1) You have excellent communication and leadership skill,
2) You speak French or Arabic,
3) You have worked with Opercom methodology.
