Responsible for a purchasing portfolio of about 60 M€ (budget is expected to increase drastically during the next 3 years), from sourcing to execution of contract.
Extend supplier base, manage and develop suppliers outside Europe (Eastern Asia and North America), negotiate and conclude frame agreements with suppliers.
Monitor all risk and opportunity factors concerning cost competitiveness.
Monitor the relevant KPIs to secure deliveries and to secure the purchasing cost.
Build and steer the Annual Purchasing Performance Plan
Develop and steer improvement plans (quality, Cost, Lead time, Service)
Build strong links to the major stakeholders in and outside the company. Make sure that positive synergy occurs between his teams, BU and corporate teams.
Plan, organize and manage the team activities. Manage and develop his team members.
Engineering or University degree or equivalent education + complementary training in Purchasing )
At least 5 years professional experience including Purchasing, or a profession involving excellent negotiation skills
Experience of the Wind Industry.
Knowledge competitive markets with suppliers in a monopolistic or oligopolistic position at international level, including the ability to deal with SOC suppliers.
Technical understanding.
Strong leadership skills and a first experience in team-management
Very good communication and negotiation skills

Compétences linguistiques souhaitées :
