Specific Position Responsibilities: (apart from the type position)
? Prepare and supervise Workover Snubbing, Convencional RIG, Coiled Tubing) and Well Testing programs, plans and procedures, using appropriate inputs. Prepare completion procedures for WO & WT activities. Follow and improve the process.
? Assess the risks involved in completion and workover operations and provide a range of suitable options to achieve the objectives.
? Prepare Completion Design options for production and injection wells.
? Provide technical support for developing and maintaining a workover and completion procedures manual.
? Prepare schedule for approved programs, prepare cost estimate, and prepare operative programs and risk assessment.
? Perform technical analyses of well site operational activities to ensure conformance with approved programs and to identify and propose optimisation measures.
? Gather, analyse, compile, and disseminate well-cost data for use by the Well Operations Department and other Departments.
? Verify stock and plan for completion equipment. Provide procuring equipment through the integrated service contract in line with the workover and drilling rig completion schedules.
? Monitor the latest technological developments and initiate the application of promising ones.
? Contribute to the planning of development projects to optimise the operation procedures, production and improve safety.
? Update well-cost data on a daily, weekly, monthly and project basis.
? Ensure that well file mechanical data is accurate & updated.
? Prepare BOCP for the WO & WT operations.
Required Skills / Experience:
? Engineering Degree
? Between 5-10 years of relevant experiences in oil and gas field operations functions.
Languages: fluent english, desirable french
Others: Rig Less operation expertise valuable(Colied Tubing, Snubbing Unit).
