- OJT: offshore or Classroom: onshore
Rotation: 4*4
- Give assistance the supervisors or « tutors », in the supervision of the OJT activities on site
- Assess trainee's performance with supervisors and cross-check the level of competencies
- Collect from the different sites the assessment sheets and verify their quality content
- Compile OJT assessment sheets for each site and each trainee
- Schedule, or modify where necessary, OJT activities in relation to the work on site
- Check continuously training activities according to the plan
- Review and update the assessment sheets with the help of supervisors
- Record trainees' activities and performances
- Propose corrective actions in relation with supervisors on site
- Organise specific classroom training to reinforce knowledge and understanding
- Organise meetings with supervisors and local management at regular intervals to ensure follow-up and permanent evaluation
- Prepare weekly reports. |

Job requirement
- 5 to 10 years practical and shift experience as a team leader in Oil & Gas production
- Classroom and On the job training experience on Operational plants.
- Fully conversant with the use of teaching aids
- Capable to conduct appraisal and feed back session.
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate (speaking and wrtinting) in English language
